i know. i know. my blog is supposed to be extinct. dun worry though. it will re-extinct itself after this entry. at least, for a few weeks. =x

but, if you're looking for something, uh, i donno, nice, you will be disappointed. because this entry is entirely devoted to one event: euro 2004. uh, okay, one match: england vs portugal.

some facts to start you off with: ronaldo is not handsome. rui costa deserves to miss his penalty. ricardo sucks. scholari sucks. actually, come to think of it, the whole of the entire portugal team sucks... wait, i retract that statement. portugal sucks. period.

you might now have guessed by now that i am a devoted england fan still heartbroken over the fact that they have been kicked out of euro by portugal, who kicked out spain, one of my favourites. damn. they aren't that good, arent they?!

-sigh.then again, portugal shouldnt take all the blame. in fact, if i have my way, the blame will fall on david beckham & david james. and thus, begins my tirade.

beckham shall be first.france is not argentina, nor is portugal. so, just because you scored a penalty against argentina, it doesnt mean that you can score in every single penalty. you missed against france. upsetting, but forgivable, since england got to the quarter-finals anyway. but, portugal? thanks for getting england kicked out.honestly, i think it's about time you return your captain's armband. but, that's just my opinion.

oh, in case you forgot, you are a midfielder, however overrated you might be. now, michael owen is the striker. so, dont fight for any header next time with owen, okay? owen might be short, but if he can score a header against manchester united, he can score a header against portugal.

james, next.some pieces of valuble advice.get the video tape/vcd/dvd of the world cup 2002's second round match between spain and ireland and watch how iker casillas save those penalties the irish shot at him.get the fa to give you the video tapes/vcds/dvds of every single player's corners/free kicks/penalties. to greatly increase england's chance at the 2006 world cup...

if chris kirkland/paul robinson dont replace you by then, that is.

and i cant believe that -thinks second goal? went in. jeez. i cant believe the penalty taken by the m guy went in too.lastly, i cant believe that you allowed a goalkeeper to score against you? what can i say? i am speechless.

okay. so maybe i shouldnt blame them. after all, everyone has a bad day now and then (in beckham's case, that is two bad days). and besides, being an england fan, i should support everyone of them, right? well...

i am not that noble.

but voila! i realised something. i had someone else to blame. the refree. =) then again, he could have given a penalty to portugal when gary neville pulled that guy down. he didnt. i guessed its only fair that he disallowed sol campbell's perfectly good goal later on. =(

since england is out, what can i do? support czech republic. lol. i dun mind sweden actually. sweden and denmark. i think it was cool that they knocked italy out. i feel sorry for italy though. esp. cassano. happy happy tt he scored the winning goal. until he found out it was all in vain. then he cried. aaaww. i nearly cried for the whole of italy too. they deserved some sympathy la.
unlike portugal and france. i shall never cry for them if they are knocked out. oh, france is already knocked out. forgot about that. okay.

i shall never cry if portugal is knocked out.

i shall never watch euro again if portugal wins.
