btw, teachers, its no use talking. you must walk the talk. action speaks louder than words. all of you talk as though doing push-ups/crunches/jumping jacks/squat jumps CONTINUOUSLY is a stroll in the park. if its so easy, why do you people do it with us instead of just walking around, yakking away? walk the talk man.
