fuck the damn terrorists.

the london trip IS cancelled. i CANT bring any hand-carry luggage. and my flight is probably gonna be delayed for like a few freaking hours. like, thanks can? i have a laptop, digital camera and truckloads of chocolate and breakable stuff to fit inside my darn luggage. i seriously have to rack my brains for solutions to this freaking problem.

Hand baggage restrictions:
These measures will prevent passengers from carrying hand luggage into the cabin of an aircraft with the following excepts (which must be placed in a plastic bag):

pocket size wallets and pocket size purses plus contents (for example money, credit cards, identity cards etc (not handbags));

travel documents essential for the journey (for example passports and travel tickets);

prescription medicines and medical items sufficient and essential for the flight (e.g. diabetic kit), except in liquid form unless verified as authentic.

spectacles and sunglasses, without cases.

contact lens holders, without bottles of solution.

for those travelling with an infant: baby food, milk (the contents of each bottle must be tasted by the accompanying passenger) and

sanitary items sufficient and essential for the flight (nappies, wipes, creams and nappy disposal bags).female sanitary items sufficient and essential for the flight, if unboxed (eg tampons, pads, towels and wipes).

tissues (unboxed) and/or handkerchiefs

keys (but no electrical key fobs)

All passengers must be hand searched, and their footwear and all the items they are carrying must be x-ray screened. Any liquids discovered must be removed from the passenger.

anyway, my mom didnt freak out. she was just blur, i guess.

my brother did freak out though. haha. he wasnt freaked out about my safety or anything. he was just freaked out that his precious laptop has to be checked in. haha.

but, things looked rosier than the first few hours when the news broke. edwin chia et. all thought that we might have to extend our stay because of all the flight cancellations and stuff. but it seemed as though we may be able to fly back as scheduled (even thought it will be delayed and stuff).

which is both a good thing and a bad thing. a good thing is because well, i do want to go home. sure, uk is pretty and all but i'm really sick of the breakfast here. hahahaha. and i miss my family and friends and monkey. so, yeah. a bad thing because i dont want to go back to school, the hetic singapore life. its so relaxed and laid-back here can? oh, well.

btw, i just wish all the terrorists can just go fuck their asses off. GAH.
